Engagement Interactive
At PwC, an initiative was underway to introduce employees to a project management methodology known as BXT Agile. To address the knowledge gap and ensure optimal user experience, my team implemented an interactive multiple-choice online quiz. The quiz, carefully designed under my guidance, educated employees about BXT Agile and provided tailored next steps and exercises based on their responses.
I took charge of the entire design process, from creating wireframes to developing prototypes for both desktop and mobile platforms. Throughout the process, I worked closely with copywriters, strategists, and developers to ensure that the quizzes provided a seamless and engaging experience for users. Additionally, I conducted user testing with stakeholders and made necessary adjustments based on their feedback before finalizing the quizzes for employee use.
Visual Identity
Within AECOM (a multinational infrastructure consulting firm), there are Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) these groups are part of a DEI initiative whose aim is to enhance employee involvement and a sense of belonging, offering networking opportunities, career development support, and engaging in community outreach activities.
The challenge was to recognize the identities of these groups beyond the firm and cultivate an inclusive culture for all. This necessitated a unique visual representation for each group in the form of special branding for each group while staying within the brand guidelines of AECOM itself.
Utilizing extensive research and user feedback I conceptualized and designed new visual identity logos for both the "European" and "Women" ERGs. These logos were strategically incorporated into various channels, including digital marketing materials, Yammer groups/social media, presentations, event signage, and branded merchandise.
Motion Graphics
PwC's Consumer Intelligence Series, renowned for providing valuable insights into consumer and executive attitudes within the dynamic technology landscape, became the focus of a marketing initiative. The marketing team sought my expertise to create engaging motion graphics, using key report discoveries and data from static charts and graphs. The primary goal was to enhance readership by captivating audiences on various social media channels and encouraging them to explore the full report. The motion graphics successfully transformed complex information into visually appealing content, effectively capturing audience attention and motivating them to delve into the detailed insights presented in the Consumer Intelligence Series.
